George (Randy) Councill has been in the water and wastewater industry for over 37 years. He has been involved in or assisted with new developments, permitting, public safety water quality operations, rehabilitation via superfund sites, repairs on complicated collection or distribution systems, and consulted on many enforcement issue’s with clients and their oversight from environmental agencies.
Starting in his early 20’s he has worked his way from an entry level position as a utility operator and is now considered a valuable environmental asset for many of his clients. Working though-out the USA on many different projects such has acquisition inspections of all facilities prior to closing to insure risk and liabilities are limited, to assisting with environmental work out on enforcement issues, Mr. Councill is considered a valued team mate that understands all sides of the equation when it comes to impacting our environment.
Mr. Brown is a professional who has been in the water and wastewater industry for over 18 years. Mr. Brown experience is vast and his knowledge of collection and distribution of water and wastewater throughout many Texas Counties is unparalleled. Having started in the water and wastewater field working in all facets of repair in community’s infrastructure, this experience has sharpened his knowledge and progressed him in his career.
Starting at the ground level and excelling to Operations Manager he appreciates what works well and what improvements can be made to solve issues long term. Performing many different tasks from main water and wastewater breaks, to assisting new construction of property developments, distribution and collection systems. In operations, he has held every position in the water and wastewater oversight. Today Mr. Brown is well respected consultant, with oversight of Hundreds of Thousands of public consumers. Currently Mr. Brown holds an ‘A’ Wastewater license, ‘A’ Groundwater license and also holds a ‘CSI’ license. As Mr. Brown continues to learn more about the science and engineering related to new development projects, water, and wastewater he is still as fascinated with the new technologies that have a positive impact on public health and the environment.
